 A seminar on Systematic voaters education and electoral participation is organised in Agarwal PG College Ballabgarh by the department of pol science. Dr KK Gupta principal of Agrawal College inaugurated the seminar systematically. In this seminar keynote speaker and resource person DR MP Singh saiid that-
