important guideline for air pollution/ smog by dr MP Singh

Dr MP Singh is chief Warden civil defence and subject expert disaster management.He has  vast experience. He has written many books namely Civil Defence, Disaster Management, Road Safety ,First Aid, Nursing, Corona Se Jung, Home Isolation etc. He said -
 Today air quality index level is 623. It is very high and dengerios . It is very harmful to all creatures. Everybody will suffer by poisonous air.   So you are requested please follow these guidelines. By these  guidelines air quality index level will fall down.
1.Try to remain indoors. 
2. Go out when it is bright and Sunny. 3.children and persons especially suffering from heart and lungs ailments are advised to stay indoors as much as possible .
4.Use N 95/99 mask whenever you step out .
5.Use Air purifiers if you experience difficulty in breathing at home they can provide certain relief.
6. Regular intake of food rich in vitamin C, magnesium and omega fatty acid will Boost Your immunity.
 7.Do make sure you drink more water as it helps in flushing toxins from the body.
 8.Don't use main  roads. 
9.Poluition drop away substantially   when you are walking in a smaller lanes away from the main roads.
 10.Avoid is strenuously  activity, which lead to inhalation of Greater volume of minute pollutants.
 11.If you have to exercise, do it indoors, preferably in the evening .
12.Don't step out or indulge in outdoor activities during the early morning or  when the levels of air pollution/ smoke are high. 
13.Keep some air purifying plant in homes and offices such as Tulsi ,Money Plant, Aloe Vera, Spider Plant etc. They help purifier indoor air and minimise indoor pollution.
 14.Try alternative Modes of transport.
 Pool  your car with friends and fellow commuters. 
 15.Consult a doctor or emergency department of the nearest hospital in case of difficulty in breathing severe coughing or on set of any other acute symptoms.
 16.Avoid smoking.
 17.Do not burn garbage.
 18.make sure no one else does so in your neighbourhood.
 19.To avoid indoor air pollution.
20. Makes sure there is a Chimney in the kitchen and an exhaust in the bathroom.
 21.This will ensure that the air is re-circulated.
 22.make sure you use energy efficiently. 
 Use air conditioners in the summer only when absolutely necessary.
 23.Trees plants alongside roads or on the boundaries of your property also slowdown polluted air from being carried far  by wind.
 24.Some of the most efficiently air cleaners are large growing species  with leaves. For example common ash,  jinkgo, biloba,  oak , various linden trees   and elms.
