Dr MP Singh chief warden civil defense and subject expert disaster management has organized the seminar on civil defense and disaster management at Gsss Seekri.

 Dr MP Singh said that civil defense is an effort to protect the citizens of a state measures not amounting to actual combat for providing protection to person, property ,place, against hostile attacks and during internal disterbancces.
