instructions to conduct the examination by Haryana Staff Selection Commission

1.District education officer is appointed as a coordinator who will co-ordinate with all the educational institutions for the smooth conduct of examination ant may be directed to visit all the centres personally in advance and ensure proper seating arrangements.

2.Flying squad officer may be entrusted  with the duty of Delivering sealed question papers packets of four centres.

3.Proper Police Force may also be deployed at each examination centre to ensure that each Centre is properly conducted and law and order is maintained

4.The biometric attendance Iris /facial, scanning, frisking, QR code verification of the candidate with his/her admit card will be done by the agency hired by the commission in the presence of police force and thereafter the police will allowed the entry of the candidates.

5.HSBC shall not be responsible for loss of any item carried by the candidates.

 police staff will not allow entry of any such candidate who is in possession of any such item to prohibited the entry of mobile phone and other electronic devices in the examination centre metal detector should be installed at the entrance of each examination centre police cell physically verify the examination centres one day before the examination in the evening and get the rooms and washrooms locked which need to opened on the day of examination in morning .

6.police staff will insert that unwanted person should not stand near boundary wall of the examination centre also no candidate will  leave the exam centre unless exam is over .

7.The police staff will keep on patrolling around the examination centre and ensure that no untowards incident takes place.

 8.vulnerable point of the examination centre such as escape point should be identified and Police Staff  on duty should take special care at each points.

 9.Candidates should not carry any mobile phone belt any type of watch  ornament like earring ring chain etc electronic or communication device pen pencil eraser sharpener and correcting fluid in the premises / boundary wall of the examination centre.

10. Centre superintendent must ensure that there is is no crowding at entry and exit point. 

 11.The invigilators while on duty should be continuously wearing mask and hand gloves

 12.Hand gloves to all invigilators will be provided by Commission.

 13.Candidates should be made to sanitize their hands before and after signing the attendance sheet.

14. It is mandatory to fill the remuneration form by Nodal Officer and Centre superintendent. 

15.Report opening certificate and remuneration form by Centre superintendent through the online portal and also summiting the hard copies.

 16.In case of cheating mischief non-submission of commission orginal copy of OMR it will be the responsibility of centre superintendent to register FIR.

17. Centre superintendent must ensure that all invigilators / staff members on duty deposit their bags  with phones before entering examination room.

18. Staff on duty must be on payroll of the Institution and shell wear I card provided by the the commission on exam day. 19.Centre superintendent to ensure that no person on examination duty including himself carry mobile pen scanner for any electronic device with him/ her in the examination centre .

20.No candidate will be permitted to leave the examination hall before completion of full time of the paper and till the omr sheet /answer sheet is collected by the invigilators. 

21.The proceeding of the opening of the question paper  and sealing of the answer sheet are to be video graphy .

22.Admit card must be checked by the invigilator and it is not required to collect the admit card from the candidates.

 23.Distribution of the question booklet will be strictly in accordance with a series of question booklet.
